Character = Character is already adopted
Character = Is an open character unable for adoption unless for a large plot
(All villains (unless adopted) are available to be introduced as a second in the RP though cannot be used as a main unless adopted)
If any characters are not listed then that means they shall not be accepted if you apply as them unless you give a good and valid reason.

If you want to adopt them you will have to do the bio/sample or find others whom wish to play them. Once you've decided/done that admins will check it over
