NOTICE
The following characters are created by me, but I don't solely control them. They are simple characters that anyone can use for a plot that they want to do. For example if you're a hero looking to trounce a baddie, then pick a villain listed here and you and anyone else can fight em or whatever.
These characters can only be used in this board only. If you try to use them any where else you must ask me or another staff member for permission with a very good reason.
If you would like to permenantly adopt one of the characters listed, contact me for more information.

Appearance
Obsidian strikes a strong resemblance to the criminal, Cinderblock back in Jump in the face, but Obsidian is alot larger and has spikes jutting out of different places on his body. Another difference is that Obisdian's eyes are a dark greenish color, and his body is both rounded and black instead of blocky and grey.
Abilities
Obsidian seems to lack super powers, but more them makes them up with sheer brute force and durability. Like Cinderblock, Obsidian has superhuman strength and can take a tremendous beating. However, Obsidian is even more stronger then Cinderblock in both of these traits, on par with Teen titan, Starfire in strength and can even take tank shells.
Obsidian is also smarter then his Jump City counterpart. While not a super genius, Obsidian's eyes hold a level of intelligence that should not be trifled with.
Weaknesses
What little weaknesses he does have. Obsidian is a fairly large target and easy to hit, also slow moving at times and a psychic can use their mental powers to subdue Obsdian easily.
History summary
Little is known about Obsidian and whether or not he was born the way he is or made is still up for speculation. Obsidian more or less wandered into Leap City in the early times when the city had it's strong police force and was a good place to live. This police force had massive difficulty handleling the threat Obsidian posed, but after a large crime spree he was eventually captured by the military and put into a maximum security prison. He later was broken out by unknown sources and played a vital role in bringing the city to it's knees.
Personality
Obsidian is very enigmatic, trashing one block and moving on to the next single mindedly. It was easy at first to mistake him for being stupid or dimwitted, but after he was busted out of prison his intelligence started to shine as he led an attack against the police and won... crippleling them by leveling the police station completely.

Physical appearance
Omega is mostly an electric blue mass of energy with some sort of chip that has a single red eye. Omega does not appear to have a mouth so it is most likely he cannot talk without the use of a host body.
Abilities
Omega shares traits with Overload of Jump City in that they both can absorb tremendous amounts of energy, and are energy beings. Like Overload, Omega can also take control of a technological device and shoot energy attacks.
However, Omega can do things that Overload can only dream of. Omega is energized data plain and simple, so he can not only travel through electrical wires or phone lines, but also take control of a human being. If Omega accomplishes this, the victim is almost completely at his mercy and their body does what he tells it to do. Can also control other machines nearby him.
Weaknesses
Like Overload, water really hurts Omega. Omega is also prone to being trapped inside of a battery that abnsorbs him and then removed from any connection to any electrical device. While Omega can take control of people, they can fight back and if his host is knocked out cold he is forced to leave their body. He also needs energy to survive and has to absorb energy to keep alive and is also easy to manipulate.
History summary
Omega is the product of a military funded super computer virus designed to hack through the fire walls of other countries' super computers in record time. Various products were made and programmed with alot of potential but in the end they all fell short.
The last project, later dubbed, "Omega" to emphasize this point when the project's funding was going to be taken away. The program had promise and was made with none of the bugs of the prior programs, but in a horrible twist of fate the facility was attacked by terrorists whom tampered with the virus making it infect the A.I program also going on.
The end result was the creation of a computer virus that was now self-aware, killing the terrorists the virus escaped the base after leaving it in rubble from the self-destruct going off a second after he left. Zipping through the electrical wires, Omega arrived in Leap City where his childish A.I barely aware of it's capacity. He quickly grew to hate the police as they fired apon him when he emerged into public while at the same time seeming to be terrified of him.
Omega's A.I gradually began to learn and he grew more intelligent from the internet, going on a crime spree and draining various electronical equipment of their power to sustain himself. He was approached by a man who promised him all of the delicious energy he could ever want. The man directed Omega to the city's power plant in which he assaulted and drained the city of all it's power, absorbing all of that delicious energy and providing cover for the super villain, Obsidian as he made his attack.
Personality
Omega's A.I is not yet fully developed and he roughly has the reasoning of a child. Easy to manipulate, he has been the heavy hitter for many of the warlords of the city. Omega is learning fast, but so far he is an evil child and has a saddistic sense of fun.

Appearance
Alexis nowadays looks like Clayface of Gotham and Plasmus of Jump city. His normal appearance however is that of a devilishly handsome mafioso man, sleek brown hair, perfect teeth, sparkleling blue eyes and a suit to finish the mafia look.
Abilities
After the accident Alexis's body is now composed of silly putty. This allows him to alter his shape, size, and appearance when he sees fit to aslong as he has ample mass to use. Like Madam Rouge, he can copy the appearance of someone else and manipulate his body as if it was made of liquid. This allows him to form weapons from his hands, sprout extra arms and so forth. He can also harden his body to a degree making it strong and when balled up tightly, silly putty can hurt. Lastly, he can stick to surfaces like celings, allowing for suprise attacks.
He also can regenerate if injured by bullets, daggers, smashing weapons, or anything that does not completely obliterate him on the first shot. Even if he is obliterated, he can slowly reform himself if there is atleast putty nearby to the place he is killed.
Weaknesses
Fire can melt his putty body
Freezing temperatures can make his body harden and freeze faster
Some how managing to seperate all pieces of him in like jars will put an end to him completely
History summary
Alexis and his brother was born and raised in the mafia back in Italy where they later moved to the U.S to extend the family business across seas. They arrived in Leap City during the golden years where the city was still a great place to live. The brothers set up shop, one started a garage that would secretly do repairs to the Salvatore family cars, the other worked more in construction.
One day Alexis was busy transporting an experimental substance that shared similar properties to silly putty, but after molded would quickly harden to a concrete-like state. This new material would revolutionize the way of building, but tragedy hit when Alexis got into a car crash between his truck and a chemical truck passing through. Alexis was transporting the putty material himself and when the two vehicles hit there was a massive explosion that engulfed him.
Everyone thought he was dead from that day forward, but he was very much alive. After a clean up crew gathered up all the putty, it began to move and gradually Alexis reformed in the mass. Alexis was mystified by this and slipped away from the scene, telling his brother what had happend to him. Alexis began learning how to use his new found abilities and together him and his brother made a dangerous team, sweeping the city off it's feet in a crime spree.
The two were soon approached by a man who told them that the people responsable for trying to kill Alexis was a rival family who was trying to take them out of the picture. The brothers enraged at this, took up arms and to this day still rages a war against the Leone family.
Personality
Alexis is very ambitious and bold, never afraid to take risks. He is not cruel or saddistic by nature, he does not harm the innocent unless they have done him wrong. He is highly protective of his family, always trying not to lose a single soldier and dies more inside when one does.

Legal status: Legal European/American citizen with numerous accounts of mass murder, break ins, thefts, destruction of public property, and grand theft auto.
Appearance
Darian is not quite your average mafioso, but is devilishly handsome and has a very pale complexion. He is also pretty buff, deathly pale with a pair of unearthly yellow eyes and raven black hair that reaches his shoulders. His typical attire consists of a trench coat, Kevlar armor and a dress shirt with black pants and boots.
Powers
Darian is now cursed, or blessed depending on your view point, with several supernatural powers that feeds off the darkness around him. The first noted power is the power to create a small black hole which will pull anything not bolted down into it and crush it to the size of a marble or smaller. Can also travel from one place to the other through darkness. He also sprouts a pair of black, snake-like heads and several tentacles from his back. In addition, he can summon a variety of midget sized monsters that serve different purposes.
Abilities
Highly accurate: Darian is highly accurate with any type of fire arm.
Hand-to-hand: Darian is also a very good close range combatant, especially with the new addition of the tentacles.
Tentacle uses: Darian's tentacles not only have superhuman strength, they are also very durable and can shield Darian from damage. Their primary use is impaling people, picking up cars and then throwing them.
Demon snake heads: Essentially, they can bite people's faces off and also allow Darian to see whats further up ahead by going up ahead of Darian. They also suck up nearby darkness to fuel Darian's powers.
Night sight: When his powers are active, Darian can see in the dark in a way similar to ultraviolet.
Weapons
Darian carries a random assortment of weapons, but he always carries apair of pistols that uses the darkness for power. One pistol shoots super fast bullets of light, the other shoots shock waves of thunder.
Weaknesses
Being in any light prevents him from using his powers
He is human and can be killed, it's just alittle more difficult
His creatures are not that strong and can be killed in a few good hits
Can run out of ammo for whatever weapon he uses except his Darkness guns.
History summary
Darian was born and raised in the Leone crime family in Italy. He eventually moved to the big apple at a young age from the family wanting to expand. Darian learned the family business but took a shine in killing people quick and efficiently. So he made that a focus of his career and became a Leone family hitman, killing for profit and power.
His next target was located in Leap City in the early days. His target was the mayor who had been giving his family headaches and was proving to be a thorn in their side. It was to be a simple operation, kill the mayor by any means at your disposal. He followed his target to a fancy restaurant where he waited patiently, but his cover was blown somehow and he was ambushed by the mayor's body guards and killed in cold blood... or atleast almost killed.
Darian was approached by a man who's very body seemed radiate never ending darkness who offered to save his life and give him terrifying power. All Darian had to do was agree to work for him and be loyal to him alone. Darian was not to keen on the idea but solemnly agreed and the man filled him with utter darkness giving him supernatural powers to command. Darian was gone forever, in his place was a cold blooded killing machine that only served the dark man.
Darian played a role in bringing down Leap's financial coverage, robbing the bank single handedly and then assassinating key figures that were helping to fund Leap City's police force. Not a large role in the long run, but every move counts...
Personality
Darian has always been a lone wolf and killer without a conscience. His cold and calculating, sharp witted and filled with murderous intent. He occasionally behaves machanically, having lost his humanity with his service to the dark man and may not act with emotion sometimes.
